This Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy outlines how orders, subscriptions, and cancellations are handled at NAD Plus Direct (“we”, “our”, “us”). Please read carefully before purchasing.
1. Purchase Options
1.1 One-Time Purchases
You may purchase products on a one-time basis through our online store. Full payment must be received before your order is processed and shipped.
1.2 Subscription Plans
Some products are available on a recurring subscription basis (“Subscription Plan”).

By selecting a Subscription Plan, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method at the interval stated at checkout (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annually).

1.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to update pricing or discontinue subscription options at any time. You will be notified by email in advance of any price changes to your active subscription.
2. Order Processing & Dispatch
2.1 Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Dispatch times may vary based on product availability and demand.
2.2 Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
2.3 All products are shipped under the condition that they are intended for research and educational purposes only.
3. Cancellations
3.1 Cancelling a One-Time Order

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To request cancellation, email info@nadplus.direct with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.
3.2 Cancelling a Subscription Plan

You may cancel your subscription any time up to 48 hours before your next billing date.

Cancellations made after billing will apply to the next cycle.

Once a subscription renewal order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Returns and Refunds
4.1 Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
4.2 If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details at info@nadplus.direct . We will review each case individually.
5. Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, our system will automatically retry up to three times. If unsuccessful, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until payment details are updated.
6. Changes to Orders
Once an order has been confirmed, we are unable to modify product quantities, shipping addresses, or payment methods. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
